Pickled Crosnes

Ingredients

1 pound crosnes, cleaned
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon coriander
1/2 tablespoon fennel seed

Method

  • Bring vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and herbs to boil.
  • Blanche clean crosnes with result.
  • Let cool.
  • Put in fridge.
