(olive) oil for baking
- Slice radishes thinly.
- Steam slices ~ I do that by putting a sieve in a pan of boiling water, the radishes in the sieve, and a lid on top of the sieve.
- Fry the steamed slices. Stay with it, it goes quick.
- Season to your taste when the oil has not yet “pulled in”.
